I would answer undoubtedly April. Not only is the weather mild, but you will also be able to experience the majestic beauty of the flowering trees all throughout the city, and not have to deal with the extreme humidity.

renaldomontpelier answered "Since it's been a while since Punahele and Tita's, are there anymore Hawai'ian restaurants lef..."The Tonga Room! It is so magical in there, & the best place to get a great pupu platter and pina colada for two! PLUS!!!! There is a band that plays Hawaiian covers of popular songs on a barge that floats in a pool in the center of the restaurant. It also rains over the water every half hour. Its old school and epic, and located in the @Fairmont Hotel in Union Square!
