classy yet comfortable lounge type bar...friendly crowd and friendly bar tenders/waiters. nicely lit without being annoying. decent prices good drinks and great atmosphere

a bit closed in but thats the style of the history of this place. Menu is full bore classic and cutting edge. Good service, gourment foods treated with class...specials are always SPECIAL there and always consistant fine dining

non-pretenious clean hearty food.. lots of options for all tastes including vegetarians. Menu has bee nthe same along time, could use a few specials but if you can finish the panckaes yo u are special.

no fancy table cloths, no fancy silver or plates jsut good home grown food. GREAT clams i nwhite sauce overlingunie..my fav there..fine pizza..NEVER had abad meal or bad service....hillcrest fav for a good reason

Great lunch place...food is good not great but nice and interesting. best view in SD for lunch above the street noise and smells.PLS note roof top, NOT the basement place. outdoors in sunny SD

Great place.locally owned VERY close to the zoo and hillcrest/north park. each room unique and clean..sweet in room continental breakfast..easy on the wallet prices. VERY special very private and CLEAN

last time I was there SERVICE was noone existant....the staff members were TOO busy chatting wit heach other to ASSIST anyone. I wanted more coffee and had to call out for a waiter.the food was cold and covered in SPECIA LSAUCE (Russian dressing)..menu was SO dirty I asked for another one to read..Gay staff, dishing NOT serving

poor excuse for a Mary's Food was COLD the owner was bussing tables ina tank top and the place was dirty old plates were all over theplace....NOT worth it in any way
