Not that bad

I was driving through Cleveland alone and looking for overnight accomodation and fun. I found both at Flex. Not that bad guys. The bad reviews are just unfair. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was impressed by the size of the facility, which is apparently not used to it's full potential by the patrons. This is an ideal setup for big events! Hey, Cleveland, wake up! You should advertise worldwide that you have such a gem. Like Chicago, consider crowded bear or ethnic events. I enjoyed swimming naked, there are two pools and a hottub. The gym is really impressive. The hotel room was OK, I slept well (don't ask if alone). Yes, it's not the cleanest place, but I have seen worse in NYC and Chicago. It looked deserted, but it was a weeknight. Or, is it too pricy? Dear management, consider some discounts for special events, or special people. It's a shame such a great place is underused.
