RUDE PATRONISING PERSON BEHIND COUNTER TUESDAY

Attended kingsteam today first time , when leaving ,didnt know the procedure pressed buzzer was met with a rude aggressive person . Went through the door and asked if I could get a pass out . He would not give me one as he said I did not tell him immediately as he had already processed my key . He gave me the speal that other people know. By this stage I got very angry as I felt direspected. My point was it was my first time and did not know the protocall for passouts. He had the hide to say I was raising my voice and acting aggressive but in my defence there was a valid reason . Felt like choking the bitch . If this was my bussiness I would sack this guy on the spot. I will not be going back and every person i meet I will suggest to give kingsteam a big miss. Sincerely Peter
