DON'T STAY HERE OR AT THEIR OTHER RESORTS!!

I come to Fort Lauderdale 1-2 times a year and always stay at the Worthington Resort, but on a whim I decided to spend one night at Elysium. Even though I have heard terrible things about Elysium, from other guests when I stay at the Worthington, but took the criticism with a grain of salt; thinking the guests were just loyal to worthington. Well I should have stayed loyal myself since I arrived to check-in at Elysium and was told they did not have a room for me. Actually they said that I would be staying at another one of their resorts, winterset, a family friendly resort. With no other choice, since all the other gay resorts I called were completely booked, I stayed at the family friendly resort. Now the receptionist at the winterset was very nice and accommodating and even gave me a master key to access all of their other gay resorts in the area, but that made me wonder- why does the straight resort have a master key to the gay resorts- is this common practice to give away rooms at elysium and then move those guests to their emptier straight resorts?? The main two issues I don't think they understand is that I reserved a room, months prior to my arrival, at a specific type of resort and placing me in the complete opposite type of resort is ridiculous! Would they do the reverse and send a straight man to a gay resort and then give him a master key to access their other straight resorts? Secondly, beyond the gay aspect, it's an adults only resort that I reserved a room at and then to be placed at a family friendly place, well let's just say I was awoken at 5:30AM by shouting teenagers right outside my door and then again at 8:30AM by screaming and then crying children!! As the final insult I was given $20 off the room, but that really wasn't because of what they did, but rather because the rates at the winterset were cheaper. Seriously do not bother with this place- it is so poorly managed!!
