Quaint neighborhood bar kitsch decor. Cheap drinks, friendly atmosphere, bartenders could be a little more attentive. Biggest downfall is that the bathroom smells like a week old litter box (hold your breath if you need to use it). If you never been there it's easy to over drive it.
