Paco's new location is better than before, which is not saying much since the old location was oppressively hot, smelly, and just plain ugly. The new location is a great deal nicer looking but the bottom line is that it's still a really small disco bar with bad service and worse attitude. Some say this is the place to meet "locals" but they are mistaken. Paco is empty most of the time and they'll charge you at the door anyway.
