Fiance and I are taking a cruise out of N.O. and want to spend the day before exploring the city. Any suggestions as to where we should stay. We are an interracial couple in our late 40s/early 50s. I would like to surprise him with someplace romantic (@ $400 or less) for the first night of our honeymoon. Thanks

Getting married in @ memorial day next year. Taking a cruise out of NYC and we want to spend one night in the city before going on the cruise. Looking for a very romantic honeymoon hotel in NYC. We'll have some extra $$$ since the ceremony is very basic with no bells/whistles or reception so we can go a bit of the extra mile on a more romantic/stylish NYC hotel. Thanks in advance
