Michael Lucas was born and raised by his Jewish family in Moscow, Russia. He came to the U.S. in 1997, and became an American citizen in 2004. Michael Lucas founded the adult gay company, Lucas Entertainment, out of his West Village studio apartment in 1998 and bought his first computer in 2000. Michael now heads Lucas Entertainment and Lucas Distribution, which have expanded in size and staff.
