As a business person I do bot put people on the back burner. I treat a person the same way i am treated and do not let my GM or otherv people make my decisions for me. I may have a handicap but i do not allow it to interfere with my business. If I tell a person that after three days you will have your refund I dont shoot a movie and put my friends to the side or tell them to stay away from my office. If somone pays me upfront and leaves before their lease then I will take care of them and not create bs.
