I've been to HUE three times now... The first time was absolutely sensational. The service was superb and the food was perfection. The second time I went the restaurant was near closing and my food showed it - the beef was dry and overdone. The third time I ordered beef short ribs... to which I received ONE short rib and after about two bites of meat, placed the rest aside as it was all fatty and grisly. All in all, I'd say to try it but be sure to go early in the evening and order things that need to be cooked to order. Fabulous wine list too!!! :-)
