The local gay guide described it as a friendly bar, with 15 peso beers, a sort of Cheers with a mix of locals and a few Americans. Since nightlife starts late in PV, I tought it would be nice to check it out after dinner in a restaurant and hitting the clubs. I should have read the first review here instead. Yes, people are friendly here...very friendly. Even the bartender came over showing me his erect penis. If you are looking for a hustler, this is your bar. Otherwise, its not a pleasant place to enjoy a drink.
