This is another one of my favorite places in LA. Sunday night is Decade when they play dance music from today and yesterdays. The crowd is young, hot, friendly and sometimes very hands-on! The bartenders look like they just popped out of a men's fitness magazine. When you go there ask for Jason. He's my personal favorite.

This is a place I visited a lot when I was down south. It is vey friendly. The bartenders are very hot(this is still LA, after all) Go there for the Sunday beer bash. You won't be disappointed.

It is about time people of color had their place back. While it is true that other bars have taken some of the slack, I miss a place for us to call our own. I've heard rumors they are trying to get rid of the old clientele by keeping the place closed for such a long time. If that is true someone needs to start a letter-writing campaign with the mayor's office. The gay community has a lot to answer to when it comes to diversity in San Francisco. I had a much easier experience in West Hollywood for gay's sake!
