Nice, relatively good-sized club with two levels. Lots of music, room to breathe and the service is great. Popular for drag shows. Popular hang out for Bears, Older men and Asians. If you're looking for Sugar Daddies, this is your place!

Columbian is one of the newer bars - very modern and sophisticated and has a very friendly, unpretentious vibe about it. Downstairs is the lounge/bar while up stairs is where the music is pumpin'. The crowd is mixed, gets quite crowded on weekends, and tends to scewer more to the 20/30-year-olds. Not only is the club full of good-looking sophisticated gay men, you'll find plenty of straight people keen to hang out, have a drink and a bit of a dance at The Columbian! Just a fan and relaxing place.

Stonewall is one of the oldest and popular bars in Sydney. It tends to be popular because it has free entry; unlike Arq. The rooms themsevles are a little small (which can be irritating when it's crowded) though it has three levels that distribute the crowd evenly. Stonewall has a more bar/lounge feel to it, with different music on each level. Not to say the atmosphere is still heaps of fun! Very mixed crowd, young and old, guys and girls with fun drag shows and karaoke, always having the crowd involved and up for a good time!

Arq is really one of the best gay clubs in Oxford St. Great dance music, strobe lights, friendly atmosphere, catering to a more younger/lively crowd who love dancing and having a fun time. If you're after something a little different, head down downstairs in the basement where you'll find more R&B/House music. There's even a Poker-machine room to the side! All-round great venue where you'll find people from all over Australie and even the world.
