Some people like me, others do not, I'm oblivious and assume everyone is bitchy.

    Great beach for all.
Some locals say that nude beaches are kapu. Personally, it's not an issue. If i choose to keep my board shorts on, no one will scoff at me. The beach is a little hard to get to, park at big beach, then with the ocean in front of you, walk to the right toward the rocks. The trail has gotten worse over the years. Steps made out of sand don't last. Someone told me there's a trail through the woods, but there's a lot of activity back there. The beach is a narrow strip of sand that's protected on three sides by hills and forest. The surf can be rough, and the cove can give you a false sense of shelter. There's plenty of direct sun on the beach, there's also coverage under the trees for the SPF 100+ people. It's obvious that this beach is family friendly, people are free to raise their kids as nudists. The caution to parents is simple: there are no facilities. You'll have to find a safe place in the bushes.
