need alotta work

Landscape need major, major updating. The vegetation seems to be taking care of itself. Some dying and growing over itself, other is just growing over pathways. Not good, a pruning and trimming job is past due by a few years. The pool furniture wouldn't recline, I couldn't put it any position other than flat. Turns out, it had some problems and they simply bolted it in place instead of fixing the issue. Dead grass is never attractive and there was plenty of it. Dead,dead,dead grass everywhere. The jacuzzi was buried behind a wall and with so much overgrown shrubs pushing up nearly against it, the are was not inviting. I ventured into the general area of the jacuzzi, but got scared and never even opened it. The planks were not sturdy and I didn't know what lurked behind the thick vegetation. There was no light on the pool to make the place inviting for a night swim; in fact, there very little lighting around the property other some sun powered ones that lit nothing. Other reviews made the place sound nice; it is not. It has great potential, but needs a lot of work. The hosts were nice and accommodating, but to justify the high price, they need a lot more.
