What are some of t..."in Bars & ClubsI always enjoy going to @The Grapevine near the gayborhood in Dallas (they have a great drinks, dinner and after party package deal). But it's also a good idea to go bar hopping around Cedar Springs or Lower Greenville—sometimes you can find great drink deals or a friendly crowd to hang with. Same goes for the @Oil Can Harry, @Rain @Kiss-N-Fly area of Austin. Just hang around and latch onto the vibe... you're bound to find a good party!

They'll be crowded with lines out the front, but if you stop by before 10, you'll get in easily and have your pick of New Years' kisses. Also The Grapevine Bar has a good New Years Party where $65 gets you seven free drinks, a dinner buffet, a champagne toast and a ride to an after party in a local hotel suite. Not a bad deal!

Barracuda and Therapy in Manhattan sometimes has live music acts. Plus of course, there's the gay piano bars in the West Village Marie's Crisis and The Monster... but that's only if you like showtunes.
