The most fun place to stay in Provincetown

I stay here every year. This is why I love it:
* Great rates
* Great location
* Low attitude clientele
* The best parties on the porch!
* Can be cruisy
* Friendly staff
You will have a good time here if you are friendly and outgoing and have no attitude, you like to party, you like to fool around. Do not come here if you have a bad attitude, are looking for fancy accommodations.
