Londons top sauna but BAD customer service!

Obviously the proprieters are not well travelled. Most saunas on the continent offer the basics of moisturiser & gel. On finding none!!!! I asked the manager and his reply was 'we don't have to provide any!' that may be, but hardly a positive response. His response was very much a case of take it or leave it and i think i will leave it, considering the 16 entrance fee! who needs the attitude!!!! They have a long way to go before they can consider themselves as a top sauna. sorry guys but little things matter!!!!
