I was raised in Skokie, Ill. and went to school and worked on both coasts. I am a graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy and Florida School of Natural Healing. I have live in St. Louis Park for twenty years, now, Loring Park near the work studio. My personality is like a mellow New Yorker. I practice tantric yoga, a little weight training, and daily walking. My passion is Tantric and Kundalini yoga, Japanese food, 420 friendly, good wine and beer, surfing the net, and walking around the lakes.
