There is a map at thenakedisland.com which shows the bars locations. You can take a cab (or even a bus, if you are on a budget) to the bars. I have a map for the bus routes online. Old San Juan has no exclusively gay bars. However, it is almost worth spending a night in the old city. More information can be found at thenakedisland.

It is about an hour from San Juan and the center is open to the public with period presentations.
