Makes no sense
The way this place is run makes no sense. If you have a business you generally want to keep the place looking nice and maintained, ensure friendly customer service, and help to ensure clients have a good time. This place is doing none of that, don't wast your money or time. If things improve (unlikely) im'e sure folks will post better reviews but don't hold your breath.
