As a resident of the AC area I waited a long time for a great place to party that wasn't in Philly or NYC. Let me say that Pro Bar hits the mark and easily rivals the night life of any major city. Not only is Pro Bar one of the best clubs in the city (gay or straight), it's the only gay club in the world located in a casino. The management at Resorts is boldly paving the way for the revival of gay life in the South Jersey region. Pro Bar is located on the 13th floor of the Resorts hotel tower. From the moment you exit the elevator you can hear the music bumping down the hall. Be sure to prepare yourself for the $0 cover charge (unheard of in AC) and the appropriately priced drinks! The club also offers an ample sized dance floor, great DJs and 2 awesome outdoor patios with great views of the city and ocean. Not only is the 13th floor home of Pro Bar, it's also the home of the 'Diva's Do AC' female impersonators show (A++) as well as a great piano lounge where you are welcome to relax on a comfy couch or pull up a chair and sing along to your favorite show tune. Be sure to make your trip to Pro Bar complete by booking a room right at Resorts! After a long night of drinking, dancing, singing, and partying, the ability to hop on an elevator and be in passed out in bed in 5 minutes is priceless. This convenience factor should not be overlooked. In summary: If you are looking for a great night and you want to support a company that supports the LGBT community whole hearted, Resorts is where it's at. At this one stop shop you can have dinner, drinks, see a show, sing a tune and enjoy a hotel stay... all without leaving the Resorts AC property.
