Organizations in San DiegoSan Diego PrideBeen there in 2010 & 2011 and will be there in 2012. Those folks managing that event sure know what they're doing and the attendance is incredible. Hillcrest just bustles with activity for days.

Shops in San DiegoCrowning Glory Wig ShopFabulous little place, very charming. Huge wig selection. Mona, the owner, calmed my fear within minutes the first time I went there in 1995. I was petrified. I have been back twice since, the second time for a social call in 2005 and will pay a visit in 2010. This will be a purchase as well as a social call.

Bars & Clubs in San DiegoGreat timeIt was in July 2005 and we stopped by for a few hours. Friendly staff & patronage. Has a rear patio with a couple of pool tables. Always stop by when in San Diego.

Bars & Clubs in San DiegoLush atmosphere, great food, friendly folks.Been here several times and as always, nothing less that exquisite. Friendly staff and also friendly patrons. Then there's Carol, who sings on Friday night. I can listen to her for hours. Will be there again Friday night, July 16.
