My sister, nephew and I just opened a bed and breakfast in downtown Baltimore. This is an historic inn in the historic district, Ridgely's Delight. We are close to the harbor, the convention center and have easy access to I 95. Baltimore's "gay area, bars, restaurants, etc." is an 10 -12 block walk or short ride on the light rails, 2 blks. from us. Please check out our web site.
