Refreshing

A nice update to the aging Montrose scene. A friendly bar with awesome drink specials and a great variety of music....thanks for not playing the same beat all the time! I'm a regular now

I must agree with a few of the prior reviews, SOBE has seen better days. Today, the crowd has dwindled and there are no men at this club. Usually these things go in cycles, so I stuck it out....but after enduring the endless messiness of all the nelly tweeked out 19 year olds, I decided to head to Rich's (used to be totally Gay). I did not know what I would find, but I found a packed dance club with loads of gays, str8s, lesbians and drag queens...love that Anita Bump chick! While I miss Rich's being totally gay, the party is just like you would find in any open-minded metropolitan city...a great mix.
