When did it change?

When the Mean Bull first opened, it was a beautiful bar that had a certain type of small and friendly environment where you felt safe. Now it has totally transformed itself to a African American bar almost every night there open with police and rough security that harass its patrons. I understand you have to make your money to stay a float, but the new environment doesn't work. And how does a gay bar attached to a bath house start having a black lesbian night? That's very RANDOM?
