WOW! Loved this place. My first visit to Havana's was back in October 08 with 2 friends, sorry hubby couldn't make it, and we had a ball. The music was cliente' the people were both friendly, kind and fun ... did I mention hot. I made some great friends down there and have returned twice since. Originally I thought it was just a fluke but sure enough I had the same type of experience the next 2 times i was there. Yes Juan you do make a BANGIN ASS Mojito, gracias papi.

I used to enjoy hitting up the city and following up on friends reccomendations, except when it came to here. We had no issue with the cover until we took in the totality of our experience and then realized I would have felt much better giving the $120 I laid out for 6 of us to someone on the corner looking for a hand out. Lets talk about the drinks OMG I could have had a better buzz drinking from a puddle out on the corner ... talk about weak. The music was way too overplayed and repetitive. From the attitude of the clientel I thought when I was leaving I would find a slew of Aranges and Murcielagos outside, but I only found a bunch of Rattle-acks. The crowd was way too arrogant and pretensious for me. Sorry Escuelta but you had a chance for a new customers and lost it, I won't be back and I think it is very obvious that I wouldn't reccomend this place.
