I love this place

Been going here for the last few months... Club Buddies has undergone a lot of upgrades recently. The bathroom has been remodeled, flat screen tv's are now in most of the rooms and three new flat screens are in the theater. They have opened a very nice Steam room. I feel I get my monies worth with just the Hot tub and steam room! I love the private rooms and dark spaces. Its always feels very comfortable and I almost always find a guy or two to have fun with!! You find a mix of guys. Being next to the only gay club late night friday and saturday can get pretty busy.
