A nice Friday night

Checked out this place on my last visit to NYC and was very pleasantly surprised. Some of the stuff on the 'net had led me to believe it was mostly young hustlers and very old men, but I found on a Friday night a nice, goodlooking and mature crowd. The place also had a nice set up with a bar in front, a piano bar in the back, a quiet place downstairs and a few nice little sitting areas. I'll be back someday.

Best bar in DF

Boy, I will miss this place when I move back to the states. I don't think there are any bars like it in the US. Great music and friendly bartenders. Also, a goodlooking crowd and an interesting back room. When I got too "known" on the weekends, I switched to the quiet nights (Wednesday and Sunday) and continued to have fun. Didn't care much for the dancers (to each his own), but their appearance does break up the time there (as do the occasional short musical videos). Tom's, I love you!
