GREAT Accomodations at a GREAT Price

Having stayed at many hotels in Montréal - including the Queen Elizabeth, Gouveneur, Metro Centre, etc - Les Suites Labelle is a charming alternative. With clean, quiet rooms containing a kitchenette, even for short stays, this place is a gem. During my last stay in March 2014, the Wi-Fi was wonky (they have promised to fix it). And be prepared: they require a deposit (a credit card pre-authorization or cash). This is unusual but I don't find it a problem (others have/do). I won't hold it against them, but I suspect it's a turn-off for some (too bad as everyone loses in that case). Staff are friendly and breakfast is available in the hotel. I've rebooked for Dec 2014.
