It is an ok place to be, dancing is fun, drinks are good sometimes, bar staff can be a little snooty unless you know them, it is just one of those places. Good Decor very spacious and large. They have some drag acts from time to time and they are usually pretty good but just missing the boat somewhere in the crowd and flow, except with Lesbians they all love it go figure

Tradewinds is a bar that is fun, you can dance, you can see Maria Garrison host strippers, you can see leather you can see whatever you want, but it lacks the overall interaction bar, def a cruise spot if you are looking for that, good drinks nice staff, but busy staff. decor is very dark so it doesn't matter, it one of "those" kind of gay bars but you can have lots of fun if you are that type of person

It has hit and miss nights, some nights can be fun and some can be boring They have tried different ideas but the only thing the bar has going for them is Sunday night strippers, the host is the legend Georgia Jackson, she does a great job working with the boys, unfortunately this is the only place we get to see Georgia, so that has a great nostaglia to the local drag community. The strippers are the same as all the other bars, but they get a little more up close and personal here. Drinks are great, bartenders are great, it's a fun bar when it wants to be.

It's just ok, the bar staff seem a little distant, the decor is ok, the music is ok, the drinks are ok, the patio is ok, it just ok. It's a great place to start the night out have a drink or two and then go on to a different place afterwards. Although some good and some bad drag have gone through the doors and graced the stage. 9 times out of 10 it's usually low quality queens, unless it's a special event, but there is no organization to the drag shows seems just to be a dance bar that threw drag out, and even that is just ok

Great Staff, Great Drinks, Good Bar lay out, The decor is sporty/50's 60's dinerish it is a fun lighthearted place, staff have always been nice. Occasional Drag Shows every once in a while. Not really a showbar, but a fun cute place to go and hang with the friends after work and catch up on a game or two Free Wii, and Free Popcorn as well

Fun Queens, very lighthearted bar, a little snooty at times, When this bar gets crowded it is CROWDED. because of the set up of the bar it makes it difficult to manuever but it doesnt stop anyone from going through and having a good time. a few nooks and crannies to hide into to watch the show or people watch, great drinks, great bartenders they can get busy at times, but it is fun, with great strippers and great queens Wednesday nights are a fun light hearted drag show as well nice to go and take a break from the week at Havana.

Fun, Big, Great Stage, Great Drag Acts, Nina West and Virginia West Top the Bill at this place, but I have seen some of the top girls work here, Maria Garrison, Samantha Rollins, Paige Passion, Alexis Stevens, Brionna Brooks, Fancy Punasti, Missy Marlo, Vivi Velure, Kiarra Cartier Fontaine, Danyel Vasquez, Erica Martinez, Joey Wynters, Ameilia Black, Jackie Beat, Penny Tration and many more, Great Pageant bar, many of the big pageants are held here which I enjoy going to watch. It is fun bar, regular nights are fun, but very snooty at times, but worth going to see a fun show or pageant from time to time Bartenders are nice the decor is really good nothing fancy just a good big bar

Somewhere Else, has a quaint Charm to the bar, it has a bit of an industrial feel in the decor, the bathrooms are a little small, and not the best, but I don't go to hang out in the Bathroom. The shows are always top notch in town featuring several of the best queens in the city and in the country, I've seen Chelsea Pearl, Candi Stratton, Rachel Eriks, Danyel Vasquez, Coti Collins, Erica Martinez, Paige Passion, Vivi Velure, Sonya Ross, Maria Garrison, Nina West, Virginia West, Dee Ranged, Latoya Bacall, Coco Cayne, Denise Russell, and a whole lot more grace the stage at this cute little showbar. They all give their best and do a great job entertaining the folks in the bar. It's a place very much like a Cheer's atmosphere. Everyone is nice, the bar staff do seem a little busy and I wish they were cuter, but other than that. It is alot of fun to go and see the best queens work it out, get great drinks and enjoy the nice huge patio there as well Good Job Somewhere Else on keeping up with the times I am sure they have bad days and good days, but 90% of the time I am there I have a great time!

hate this bar, waited for 15 minutes for a drink, left, don't have time to wait on others to have a good time, sucks. The Decor on the other hand is AMAZING!!

I tried to give Southbend Tavern a try, come to find out it really was quite the dive in Columbus, The drag queen's are very second rate, and do not have any talent at all. The bar staff can be nice when they want to be, but seem to be busy doing other things and have their moments of being very unprofessional (not sure what it's all about but don't feel safe in this establishment) The sound equipment is a little dated, and the bar owner/manager is not very nice and seems to be drinking more than he is selling, and doesn't have the first sense of Business. Can, I stress again the Drag is second rate in this bar. I strongly recommend looking at different venue's in Columbus for higher quality shows. Sorry Southbend, tried to give ya a chance but you lost my vote :(
