Looking for travel friends. . .Love traveling and meeting new people. I am a gay man who has a partner of 17+ years. We play/travel together and separately. Tell me it's a Great place to visit and I might just show up. Usually on a budget. While this means we aren't staying in any swanky places we do find spots to stay that are clean, comfortable and safe feeling. If possible, we prefer to be in the areas that the locals also enjoy, preferring to stay away from large resort areas. HotelsIt's about to go STRAIGHTWe stayed at the Oasis/Coconut Grove for a week in July. I have stayed at Coconut Grove in the past. It is now one complex. All and all it's OK. Needs updating and cleaning a bit. They seem to just to be maintaining the basic. The pools were clean and the sex in the air was on high all week. The staff say it is about sold to a company the is going to update it and change to straight starting in October 2012. It needs the updating for sure..

Restaurants in Key WestGREAT FOODThis was by far the best dinner meal we had the week we were in Key West. Don't miss this place off of Duval but worth the few extra blocks for GREAT Food. Noise level a bit high.

Restaurants in Key WestStop in for a Drink at their barWe stopped in here for lunch Sunday at 1pm July 8, 2012. Lunch was Okay. Stayed for drinks as it started to rain. Outside bar with plenty of cover to stay dry. Open to all men even if you are not staying at the Island House. Nice to hang out at but very $$$$ if staying in one of there rooms. But over all it's a very nice clean and up to date place.
