I have been running this B&B for over twelve years. By the lack of comments I would have to assume (and I actually know) that a huge majority of my clients have been completely satisfied. These people canceled their stay at 9PM the night they were to arrive. Our policy and ANY other hotel's policy is to charge for that night. Unfortunately that was not good enough for this couple and they started to argue with me. My being firm with them was the only horrid thing I did.
