Joe's on Juniper Restaurant in Atlanta
Posted: May 05, 2008 Visited: May 2008
We hit this place for an afternoon brunch. Great cocktails as we sat on the very comfortable outdoor patio. The food service is slow, but the wait staff was quick with the drink orders. Waiters have a bit of an attitude, but it added to the charm of this place. Definately a MUST to visit! We wish we could have found out about this establishment sooner in our trip.
Atlanta Eagle Bar/Club in Atlanta

This place was SO MUCH FUN!! The first person we met was Alan the bartender. Since he didn't recongnize us as regulars, he immediately welcomed us and made us feel welcome! This is a place that is a must visit. If not for the atmosphere, but for the friendly staff, like Alan!
Thank you Atlanta Eagle for a great time!
Woofs Bar/Club in Atlanta

We were told this was a friendly bear bar. After several visits to this place, were felt out of place, and unwelcomed. We were lucky to get a "hello" from the staff. Good place to watch sports and not be bothered by others, not good if you are looking to be social.
Blake's on the Park Bar/Club in Atlanta

Being new, we stubled into Blakes to a quick bite to eat. The staff (LaTeasha) was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were regulars. We recommend this place if you have the munchies ro for a quick drink.

We had SO much fun in this place. It has that neighborhood feel. Small enough to be friendly, large enough not to feel closed in and confined.
Wonderful staff! Very outgoing and friendly (and that Chuck is HOT!!)
This is a place that needs to be checked out!

What was originally a men only, bear/leather bar, the crowd is now, twinks and their fag hag girlfriends. This is a place full of attitude and no longer is a friendly bar it once was.
Where do the bear men hang out in this city?
Korners Bar/Club in St. Louis

From the first time we walked into Korners, John greeted us and introduced himself to us immediately. He then introduced us to everyone else that was within ear shot of where we were sitting.
A definate 'must see' place now that the bar has moved(two doors down from the actually corner) and has been updated.
This is a place that everyone is welcome!

Very welcoming to out of towners. We will be back on our next visit.
A Man's World Bar/Club in Cleveland

Being from out of town and not knowing better, we ventured into this place, only to find a not so friendly bartender (he was rather crotchety and bitchy).
We did go back that evening, to give this place a second change...We are so glad we did. Once the bitchy bartender was gone, we had a great time. Great music, great staff, we WILL be back.
