none of the seafood is fresh, the back kitchen area is extremely dirty. service was slow, rude, table ware was unpolished. however, the mac n cheese is awesome and some of the non-seafood dishes are great as well! i think there are better places in new orleans for the money

The service was a little slow, but I think they're just getting their feet wet. This restaurant just opened in the new Harrah's hotel. I have a feeling that once they get into their groove, this will be a fabulous place to dine!
