There’s something for everyone going on this weekend.

For the cold-lovers and ski buffs, two ski weeks are here:

• Telluride’s Gay Ski Week comes to a close with its final Apres Ski parties and AIDS benefit on Saturday
• Lake Tahoe’s Winterfest kicks off on Sunday with a week full of parties and headliners Jacob & joshua from Nemesis Rising.

If you need to escape the cold, we hope you are already on the way to…

• Miami’s Winter Party - this dance party/art festival week is in full swing. Sunday’s beach dance party starts a full 24 hours of dance parties ending at Twilo (the party starts there at 4am on Monday
• Syndey’s Mardi Gras Parade - they’ve been partying all month, but this Saturday night is the big nightime parade that brings people straight, gay and in between altogether.
