What’s The Stoli Guy Winner Going To Do With The $10,000 Prize?

Boston now has one more thing to be truly proud of. After last week’s high-energy finale in New York City, Davy DiVo from Boston was declared the Stoli Guy winner 2014. If you weren’t at Space Ibiza to watch the winner be announced live, we’ve got your front-row recap.

Davy performed an original song, “Hands Up!” with a choreography that included backflips, handstands and appropriately enough, the audience’s hands up in the air. Watch the video above to catch Davy’s performance, as well as the talent showcases of the 11 other finalists.

We spoke to Davy immediately after he received the $10,000 check from GayCities CEO about how he planned to use the money.

“I’m trying to become a recording artist with my twin brother,” Davy said. Yup, Davy has an equally-charming twin brother who came to New York to cheer him on during the finale. Together, they are set on dominating the pop charts and will use the money to continue pursuing their superstar passion.

Davy is also a favorite in the Boston cheerleading community for choreographing fierce routines and remixing his own tracks. After last week, he now has his own squad of Stoli cheerleaders rooting for him.
