   It seems to me like the GAY LIFE sucks in Vegas after reading and researching the information presented here on the website and on other websites. Its no MIAMI BEACH OR ATLANTA.I will be heading there in June....in the next four weeks. PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE I CAN GET A NICE COLD DRINK WITH CUTE GUYS IN A SAFE SPOT!

   I hear ya. been to Vegas not recently but when I was there GAY LIFE sucks big-time. Believe me I'll take Chicago or Palm Springs anyday.

   It's true - the gay scene in Vegas is nowhere near the magnitude of the straight scene there. But that doesn't mean there aren't options. Krave can be fun if you want to dance, and it's right off the strip. If you're looking for good entertainment, I saw the Beatles LOVE show at the Mirage last year, and if you're a Beatles fan, it will blow you away. Bette Midler is performing at The Colosseum at Caesar's Palace right now, and while I've never seen her I've heard it's always really fun (and also probably a good place to meet other gay guys in Vegas). I'd try to convince a friend or two to take the trip with you - it's a lot more fun with a wing man.

   We stayed at the Blue Moon for one evening. Was mostly older business travelers hanging out by the pool, not much to look at other than that. Altough the people were nice we deffinitely didn't get our eye candy fix in.

   Tried to go out and find some "sin," but none to be found. No strippers anywhere, just a couple of go-go boys in tight briefs at one place. We hit the sex clubs but found them mostly empty.

   The rest of our trip, we stayed at the Venitian and did the typical Las Vegas things. Was a lot more fun.

   If you don't mind sticking to the strip and doing as the straight people do, then Vegas is a blast. If you're looking for a party in the gay scene, you're better off somewhere else.
