Nude Yoga in Chicago

   The only nude yoga I knew about was Aaron Starr's classes in NYC. When travelling for business in NYC, I attended and loved the experience, plus the instruction. Coming back home in Chicago, I was so pleased that we had an incredible and gifted instructor, per Enez, teaching a naked yoga class, http://www.bareessentialsyoga.com. I have been a student for over a year. I truly appreciate his incorporation of spirituality, sensuality and intimacy in one big swoop. He's the best. If you are ever in Chicago please come visit.    I've been thinking about trying the hot nude yoga in ny also by aaron starr. I've been a little nervous about it though. What can I expect?
