i still do not understand your question, most probably my English is not enough for yours :)

Anyway, september is still nice because hoter than october but you should bring a sweatter against rain if you go northern than Italy, Spain or Greece.

If you want to see "real" European stuff, i suggest to visit Italian cities like Venice, Florence, Roma but mainly cities north from Roma. Also, if you go to Mykonos, a Greek island, you will get some taste of the Mediterranean life and you can find gay life too. Sitges, a gay village near Barcelona is similar, or Ibiza island in Spain, there you can enjoy the see and gaylife but those places are less exotic. Amsterdam can be fun as well as gay destination and the architecture is interesting. Budapest is less interesting (but not completely boring) in gaylife and there are a lot to do : traditional cafés, good (but heavy) kitchen, thermal bathes (take care under water ! :)), nice zoo, romantic panorama, crazy dancers in discotheques, wine, gypsy music, folklor, classical concerts, culture of cakes and many more... If you like colder places, i suggest to visit the fjords, the typical norwegian bays. The nature is extraordinary there. If you like montains, go to Swiss, of course.
